99% of playback and download problems WILL be solved if you follow these simple rules:

1. Download problems
   If you have problems with downloading large files (2GB+) on Windows computers, please check your file system. FAT32 volume does not support files larger then 2GB, so you will get error while downloading. To convert FAT32 volume to an NTFS file system, that support large files, please read this article - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307881.
2. Playback problems
   If you have problems with video or sound (like no picture or no sound), the first thing to do is to download and install codec pack from the section below. You should uninstall any other codec packs from your system IF you have any. Our movies are encoded with Xvid/DivX/H.264 codecs which is not installed on Windows systems by default, however it's a very widely used codecs so most people already have it.
3. Try to not use Internet Explorer to download movies
   Movies are split into relatively large files (200MB-4.7GB) and if your download friezes for some reason, Internet Explorer will not resume it, so you will have to start downloading from begining. Use some download manager instead, like free FlashGet which can be found in the downloads section below. FlashGet can increase download speed.
4. Recommended Hardware Configurations for H.264/VC-1 High Definition (HD) Playback
   To play 720p movies you need 2.8 GHz Pentium 4 or faster processor(Windows), 1.8 GHz PowerMac G5 or faster Macintosh computer; 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo or faster(Mac OS X).
   To play 1080p movies you need 3.0 Ghz Intel Pentium D (dual-core) or faster processor(Windows), Dual 2.0 GHz PowerMac G5 or faster Macintosh computer; 2.0 GHz Intel Core Duo or faster(Mac OS X).
